We are confident that you and your skin will adore your Smitten Cosmetics products, however in any event that you do wish to exchange or return a product, we are happy to do so under certain circumstances within 30 days of your purchase.
We are unable to refund cosmetics or skincare due to change of mind for hygiene reasons. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging.
If any of our products are found to be defective, please get in contact with us and we will exchange the product.
Exchange / Return Process:
To be eligible for an exchange or replacement, please contact us here and let us know the reason for return/exchange and we will then send through the details and return address for you to return your product at your own cost.
Please ensure all products are packaged well so they arrive safely. All exchanges are processed within 3 business days of receiving the product. The product is then sent back to you at no additional cost.
We highly recommend tracking your parcel as we do not take responsibility for any lost parcels when returning damaged stock or for postal charges.
How will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
We do not refund used products. Mini sizes (if available) are recommended to be purchased first or add to your full size order to try first.
Please note that colours may slightly differ to photos and batches due to their natural nature. Please allow 10% variations between shade purchases.
