These Rewards Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the rewards program offered by Smitten Cosmetics (“we”, “us”, “our”). By participating in the program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
1.1 The rewards program is available to retail customers only. Wholesale, stockist, and commercial accounts are excluded unless expressly approved by us.
1.2 We reserve the right to approve, refuse, suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion.

2. Earning Rewards
2.1 Customers may earn points, credits, or rewards through eligible purchases, referrals, promotions or other activities as determined by us.
2.2 Points are only earned on completed, paid transactions (excluding refunds, cancellations, shipping, taxes or discounts unless stated otherwise).
2.3 Points have no cash value and are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable outside of our platform.

3. Redemption of Rewards
3.1 Rewards may be redeemed subject to minimum thresholds, availability, and any specific conditions we set.
3.2 Rewards may not be combined with other promotions, discount codes or offers unless explicitly stated.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse redemption where fraud, misuse or breach of these Terms is suspected.

4. Tier Levels & Benefits
4.1 The program may include tiered levels based on spend, activity or points accumulation.
4.2 Benefits, discounts, rewards, and thresholds for each tier are determined solely by us.
4.3 VIP tier status may be achieved at any time. Upon qualification, the VIP tier and associated benefits will apply for the remainder of that calendar year and the subsequent full calendar year.
4.4 IMPORTANT:
We reserve the absolute right, at any time and without prior notice, to:
• Adjust, reduce, or increase the dollar value of rewards
• Change the number of points required for redemption
• Modify, remove or introduce tiers or benefits
• Change earning rates or eligibility criteria
This includes the right to reduce the dollar amount or value associated with any reward tier at any time.

5. Expiry & Forfeiture
5.1 Points and rewards may expire at any time as determined by us.
5.2 Inactive accounts may have points forfeited without notice.
5.3 Upon account termination (by you or us), all accumulated rewards are immediately forfeited.

6. Returns, Refunds & Adjustments
6.1 If an order is refunded or cancelled, any associated points or rewards will be reversed.
6.2 We may adjust balances at any time to correct errors, including but not limited to system or administrative errors.

7. Fraud, Abuse & Misuse
7.1 Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the rewards program will result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of all rewards.
7.2 We reserve the right to recover any improperly obtained benefits, including through legal means if required.

8. Program Changes & Termination
8.1 We may modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time without notice.
8.2 Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted under Queensland and Australian law, we are not liable for:
• Loss of points or rewards
• System outages or technical issues
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the program

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

11.1 The rewards program is a promotional initiative and not a financial product or stored value system.
11.2 We may audit accounts at any time to ensure compliance.
11.3 These Terms operate in conjunction with our general website Terms of Service.
